Just a quick post to wish anybody who happens across this embryonic blog all the best for the holidays. I am planning a nice quiet one as the family are in Seattle and am even contemplating a run tomorrow (weather permitting) - we will see though....

Did you go an the run? Some of the folk from the Stonehaven RC met up for a gentle paced 5 miler followed by mince pies and mulled wine, so I went along. Seemed like a good excuse to escape from the insanity of the kids for an hour or so.
ReplyDeleteDid a 6k run on Xmas day and then a 10k one today so managing no to lose too much ground over the holidays so far....
